User Terms

Please make note of the following important TERMS & CONDITIONS on booking NZY Make Up & Stuff. Please Read these User Terms carefully and on your booking, you agree to bound by these User Terms.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT WHO BOOKS TO UNDERSTAND, AGREE AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BOOKING CONDITION, INCLUDING ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE BY SPECIFIED DATES.

Pricing - Please note that all prices are subject to change. Notice will be given of any future changes.

Trials - Customers are required to pay an amount of deposit stated by NZY to secure the appointment and the full amount of the trial on the day of trial. 72 hours of notice must be given if you wish to miss, cancel or reschedule appointment. Failure to do so may mean your deposit is not refundable.

Booking Fee - Please contact Nurizyan Norman to confirm her availability. Upon the original booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit, which will under no circumstances be redeemable. However, if upon availability, you reschedule, it will be transferred to your new appointment.

Payments - The person(s) scheduling the appointment will be responsible for full payment of all services in the event that other people in the wedding party do not pay their portion. Customers are required to pay the full amount of the makeup service on the day of the makeup service. However, if customers wish to avoid the hassle, payment for the makeup service taking place on the wedding day can be paid in advance up to 7 days prior to the day.

Refunds - NZY Make Up & Stuff does not offer refunds for any completed service; therefore if you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on the client to notify the Makeup Artist whilst she is on location. All discussions regarding refunds/discounts will be entered into on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations - You are asked kindly to give us a minimum of a 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your trial appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will mean the deposits or booking fees are not refundable.

All wedding deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of any wedding day booking by you must be given in writing by email and will only be confirmed upon receipt of this. The following cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled by you.
• Up to 3 months prior to the date - None
• 3 months – 2 weeks prior to the date - 50% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation.
• 2 week’s prior to the day and under - 100% of the booked amount quoted on your booking confirmation form.

Timing - Time management is of the essence therefore adherence to appointment times is critical in ensuring that NZY Make Up & Stuff delivers the service you expect. Therefore when making appointment times please note that these times will be strictly adhered to. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on the bride to advise NZY Make Up & Stuff as soon as practicable.
NZY is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to wedding party delays. Brides do not choose the time at which Nurizyan arrive; Nurizyan will notify her Brides of her arrival time the week of the wedding.

Travel/Parking Fees - A travel fee may be incurred depending on distance required to travel. In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the bride.

Extra people wanting make over - If any additional people require make over on the day, but do not have an appointment, this is not normally a problem and payment can be made with cash on the wedding day. Please give MUA notice if others want make over.

Other - NZY Make Up & Stuff is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify NZY if you have particular hypersensitivity that you are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, the MUA would be happy to use the product.
